Architecture of the threshold: Tour of Berlin
In November 2009, Siedle invited architects and journalists on cultural affairs to experience the phenomenon of the threshold in a completely new way. Under the guidance of architecture theoretician Andreas Ruby, the group was introduced to a series of buildings which may not be familiar even to connoisseurs. Every one of the examples communicates its own individual aspect of the threshold - alongside an unusual as well as enlightening look at the significance of the threshold in architecture.
